Being the inaugural post and all, I thought I would mention the purpose of our blog. We are dedicated to make this blog interesting for all those that read it. It will contain all important information as it relates to wireless home alarms and home security. Well chat about what’s going on in the industry, trends in wireless home alarms, safety tips, how to’s, occasional home alarm promotions, DIY home alarm systems, and the list goes on and on.

To give everyone a little background on why a buddy an I started this site you would have to go back a couple years when a very bad experience with a door to door wireless home alarm salesman. He was quintessential pushy home alarm salesman. He used a very high pressued sales pitch on why I needed a wireless home alarm security system. I knew the value of a wireless home security. I didn’t need to feel guilty that I was neglectful in protecting my family. He pushed his way into my house and tried to sign me up for a long term contract right then and there.

That whole experience really turned me off to the entire industry. .. so I let it go and decided not to pursue a wireless home alarm. However, I knew the benefits I was missing from having home security. So I set off on a quest to find a company that met some of the things I was looking for in a home security company.
